The infrared laboratory dyeing machine adopts thermal infrared heating method to achieve the dyeing effect.
It is suitable for the dyeing of knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, yarns, cottons, fibers, zippers, shoe mesh cloths, and tests for high-temperature sample dyeing and washing fastness. It can accurately simulate actual production conditions to achieve the required process effect.
Features
1.There is no need to use glycerin for heat conduction, no cooling water for cooling, and no smoke. Significant energy saving and cost-effectiveness. Save more than 50% of water and electricity costs.
2.Digital LCD programmable computer temperature control, process parameters can be stored. The cooling rate and holding time can be set as required;
3.Using brand-new measurement and control technology, the whole machine only uses a Pt100 platinum thermal resistance temperature measuring probe, which increases the reliability of the whole machine;
4.Adopt Schneider brand inverter, automatic forward and reverse device, the speed of the sample chamber is adjustable, 360-degree uniform rolling, so that the dyeing solution can be turned back and forth in the cup, and the dyeing rate is more even;
5.The cup body adopts a 45° bevel type to prevent the sample from folding and obtain the smoothest and even sample cloth;
6.Perfect over-temperature and overload protection functions, such as high-power lamp fan, infrared lamp fast cooling, to avoid lamp burning due to overheating, and long service life.
7. The body is made of stainless steel, and the appearance is sapphire frosted paint, which makes the machine more beautiful and durable;
