Application
The Foam Compression Resilience Tester is used to test the resilience performance of rubber products after being subjected to a certain time and pressure. Take the standard sample, distribute it flat on the test plate, sandwich it between the two plates, take it out after a specified time, release the test piece and cool it, measure the final central thickness of the test piece respectively, and substitute it into the formula to calculate the compression spring rate.
Standards
FIA304, SATRA TM-64, ASTM D395 Method A
Functions
This machine is suitable for various types of foamed or soft soles, such as EVA, foamed PU, foamed rubber and other materials to maintain the resilience performance after compression for a certain period of time under the action of a specified external force.
